She plays a villain of the highest degree in new movie Snow White And The Huntsman, and it seems Charlize Theron is having fun exploring her devilish side.

As the actress continued promoting the film in Madrid today, she opted for a blood red figure-hugging dress as she posed up for photographers.

The 36-year-old actress teamed the dress with a pair of pointed nude court shoes, wearing her blonde hair scraped back in a bun.

Charlize stars as the evil Queen Ravenna in Rupert Sanders' new retelling of the classic fairytale.

However, Charlize admitted that the prospect of saying the queen's most famous line, 'Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?' terrified her.

Talking to Magic 105.4, Charlize said: 'I just dreaded it. In a way its like you know my name is "Bond, James Bond", something that is so and how do you do that in a way that people arent like meh?

'And they decided to make me shoot that on my first day so I was just sweating bullets. I hated it, I hate! d it.'

As well as the much anticipated line, fans of the film will no doubt be looking forward to seeing the other most talked-about scene - which sees Charlize emerge naked from a milk bath.

But director Sanders said that creating the bath was more than difficult as they had to find an alternative to actual milk to stop it curdling.

He told Magic 105.4: 'Sadly you cant really use milk in light, it curdles, it was actually McDonalds milkshake mixwithout the flavour.'

And asked about his inspiration for the scene, Sanders replied: 'Its actually more from the kind of Egyptian movies with Elizabeth Taylor, you know the idea of rejuvenation through the baths of ewes milk so it came from that.'

Sanders joined Charlize at today's Spanish photocall, along with Sam Claflin, who plays Prince William, and Kristen Stewart, who stars as Snow White.

Kristen continued in her trend of wearing gothic outfits during the promotion of the movie, today donning a black and purple dress with sheer panels.

The 22-year-old actress accessorised her outfit with a pair of Christian Louboutin black pointed heels.
