The 36-year-old Oscar-winning actress made her comments on the television show "Access Hollywood" at CinemaCon 2012 in Las Vegas. Theron attended the convention with Stewart to promote their new movie and was also awarded the "Distinguished Decade of Achievement in Film" prize at the event's Big Screen Achievement Awards on Thursday, April 26.
"I love that girl. I really, really love that girl. I love that girl. LOVE that girl. Like, I would jump off a building for that girl. She's amazing. She's the real deal," Theron said about Stewart, adding: "She gives really good back rubs."
The 22-year-old actress is best known for her role as Bella Swan in the "Twilight" vampire movies. In "Snow White and the Huntsman," she plays the heroine, while Theron portrays the Evil Queen. Snow White aims to defeat her and enlists the help of the Huntsman, played by Chris Hemsworth of "Thor" and "The Avengers."
Theron praised Stewart's work ethic.
"She's the kind of actor that I like to be around because there's nothing she'd really stop at in order to do the job," she told "Access Hollywood." "She's got a tremendous amount of talent. I think you can have talent but if you don't have tenacity and moxie ... I'm trying to be PG about it. She's badass. She's badass."
Stewart commands a massive following thanks to the success of the "Twilight" films. Actress Molly Ringwald, who rose to fame with the cult movie "The Breakfast Club" and other 1980s teen films, mentioned her in a recent Q&A "Ask Me Anything" session with fans on the website Reddit.
When asked by a user, "How did you manage to get hotter with age," Ringwald joked: "I drink the blood of Kristen Stewart."
Stewart also recently filmed the fifth "Twilight" film, "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," which sees her character learning to cope with being a vampire. She sports red eyes in newly-released photos from the movie, which is set to hit theaters in November.
"Snow White and the Huntsman" is due to hit theaters on June 1.
"It's really been awesome to play a young girl who is so human," Stewart said in a video interview to promote the film.
Theron sported a daring look at CinemaCon 2012. She wore a sexy, black cutout Dion Lee Fall 2012 dress with nude mesh, a halter-style top and off-the-shoulder sleeves. She paired the look with black, strappy Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
