Charlize Theron has adopted a baby

Charlize Theron has a big new role mom to a baby boy!

The Oscar winner announced she's adopted a boy named Jackson, making it the first child for the single "Young Adult" star.

"She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy," her rep said in a statement.

No additional details are available about Charlize's little bundle, but she'll be one busy mama in the coming months. Theron will premiere "Snow White and the Huntsman," costarring Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth, in London in May.

In June, the sci-fi epic "Prometheus" with Michael Fassbender will hit theaters. Congrats to mom and baby!
