Chic and charity-minded! It's hard not to have a style crush on Charlize Theron. From her flawless red carpet looks to her stunning sidewalk style, the busy mom always looks so put-together. Now, the actress is adding to her fashion folio thanks to a new collaboration with TOMS.

Working with Blake Mycoskie, the founder and chief shoe giver of TOMS, Theron, 37, designed a chic pair of flats ($58 for women, $34 for kids, toms.com) to benefit her Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project.

"We'll both do anything we can to help kids, explains the South Africa native, who founded the charity to raise HIV/AIDS awareness among African youth. (Mycoskie -- whom TV fans may remember from a 2002 stint on The Amazing Race -- gives a pair of shoes for every TOMS pair! sold to a child in need.)
