Charlize Theron was spotted leaving Beverly Hills sushi mecca Matsuhisa on Monday night, laughing with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane and sparking rumors that the pair is romantically involved. But sources tell Page Six, theyre just friends and colleagues. Therons co-starring in MacFarlanes upcoming A Million Ways to Die in the West with Amanda Seyfried and Liam Neeson. MacFarlane recently split with actress Emilia Clarke, and Theron was also recently by his side at his post-Oscars party.
