Charlize Theron helps security guard at Oscars after seizure
Snow White and the Hunstman star Charlize Theron came to the aid of a security guard at the Oscars.
Theron helped the guard after he suffered a seizure.
Theron was was walking the red carpet when she rushed over to help the guard who had fallen to the ground outside of the Dolby Theatre, E! Online reports.
Several others also attempted to help before someone phoned a doctor.
Theron wore a white Christian Dior Haute Couture dress with Roger Vivier shoes to the ceremony.
The actress will serve as an awards presenter tonight alongside Dustin Hoffman.
Theron also took part in Oscars host Seth MacFarlane's opening skit, dancing with Channing Tatum as Family Guy creator MacFarlane sang 'The Way You Look Tonight'.
