Charlize Theron shared dinner with a girlfriend at Tortilla Republic in West Hollywood on Monday.

Wearing a black blouse, blue jeans and high heels while sporting her new short dark hair style the Snow White and the Huntsman actress and her friend ordered up huarache hongos flatbread, housemade guacamole and jalapeo Margaritas.

Theron who is mom to son Jackson seemed to be enjoying her down time.

"She was relaxed and in a good mood," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. Jennifer Garcia
